This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Use of the service constitutes consent to this policy.
The website you receive as part of The free package Not owned by you. It remains in full ownership of InstaSite and is made available to you for private use only — at our sole discretion, and until we decide otherwise. We are entitled at any time and without prior notice to remove, transfer, modify, restrict, or discontinue the website and/or the account. Content you uploaded (texts, images, lead details) remains yours — but access to it and its distribution through our infrastructure depends on the continuation of the service.
Upgrade to a paid package Grants defined usage rights (according to package terms), but does not transfer to you ownership of the code, template, or platform infrastructure.
Every InstaSite website automatically receives a profile onPros consumer portal (`pros.instasite.store`) displaying: business name, type, city, description, services, service areas, and a link to your website. This is visible to everyone, and Google index. You can disable the display at any time from the dashboard (tab "Pros" → showcase_optin off) — the profile will disappear immediately.
Additionally, reviews received on your website (star system) are also displayed in the Pros profile — the same DB, the same reviews.
Beyond the default free features (website, reviews, manual blog, automatic SEO, Pros profile) — each additional feature is sold at a uniform price ₪50/month per website. Activation is performed manually by the team after a request through the dashboard (tab "📐 Pages and Features" → "📩 Request Activation"). There is no automatic payment system at the moment — billing is agreed separately with the team.

If you activated "📅 Calendar and Appointments" in the dashboard, your website receives appointment requests from customers. We (InstaSite) save for you:
Your customer responsibility — When he enters his details in the form, he gives consent for you to store them. The business owner (you) is responsible for complying with privacy law with your customers.
Retention period: Appointments are stored indefinitely as long as the account is active. A customer can request deletion via the link in the email or directly through you.
From time to time we send an email to active website owners — updates, new features, promotions. In each email there is Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Once you clicked — you will not receive more marketing emails. Operational emails (leads, OTP, subscription renewal) will continue to be sent.
When your website is on the free plan, emails sent on your behalf to your customers (meeting confirmation, reminders, OTP) include at the bottom a subtle InstaSite banner + sometimes advertisements of our related products. In the paid plan (Growth / addon_appointments) — there is no advertising. Emails come out clean, only with your brand.
If you activated the reviews widget on your website, visitors can leave a review with a rating of 1-5 stars. We save for you:
Principle of score integrity: A business owner can hide review text from public view, but The rating is always included in the average. Only a review identified as spam by InstaSite team (after business owner report) is excluded from the count. This is our commitment to transparency towards your reviewers.
Retention period: Reviews are saved indefinitely as long as the account is active. A visitor may request deletion of their review through a contact form.
In addition to Google Analytics, we operate our own internal logging system (events_log). It records events from the InstaSite domain (button clicks, signup steps, scrolling) in a way that is independent of Google. The storage includes:

If you have activated the "🍽 Table Reservation" module (automatically granted to restaurant / cafe / bakery / pub / catering businesses), your website receives table reservations from diners. We (InstaSite) keep for you:
Data ownership: All reservations belong to your account — we only keep them for you. Business owner responsibilityWhen a diner enters their details in the form, they give consent to storage. You are solely responsible for compliance with the privacy law toward your diners.
Retention period: Reservations are saved indefinitely as long as the account is active. A diner can request deletion through a contact form; we will handle it within 14 days. Upon account closure — all reservations are deleted within 30 days.
If you have activated the "📋 Digital Menu" module, your menu becomesPublic content At the address restaurant-menu.html?slug=... — visible to every visitor without need for authentication. We keep:

You are the owner of image rights — by uploading you declare that you have full rights (no unauthorized stock images).Public area: Since the menu is open to all visitors, No collection of diner data On the menu page itself — only those who click "Reserve table" proceed to the reservation module (section 4ו).
Deletion and removal: We are entitled to remove an image / dish / category in case of complaint of copyright infringement, offensive content, or misleading information — after review. In case of a valid DMCA notice you can contactlegal@instasite.storeRetention period: as long as the account is active; upon closure — deleted within 30 days along with uploaded images.
If a WordPress site owner installs the plugin InstaSite AutoBlog and connects your site, we collect and store:
Content is written using Artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) Based on the selected topics, and delivered to the customer's WordPress blog (as a draft or publication, at their choice). This is a paid service (₪50/month or ₪500/year, up to 5 posts per week), activated after contact is made. We do not access your website content Move to post delivery.
Retention period: As long as the site is connected; upon disconnection or removal of the plugin — the site is marked as inactive and its data is deleted accordingly (up to 30 days).
If a site owner operates the link network module (optional, off by default), we process solely information about public pages that the user himself chose to promote from his site:
Full administrator control: Participation in the network and approval of any site, page or link is subject toThe company's sole discretion — see section 6z in the terms of use. We do not share this data with third parties (except topic/quality analysis in Google Gemini, subject to their policy). Retention period: As long as the module is active; upon deactivation or page removal — the data is marked as delivered and deleted accordingly.
For websites published under a sub-domain of instasite.store (or a custom domain with a verified Search Console property), we display performance data from Google in your dashboard — Impressions, clicks, search terms and top pages — retrieved through Google Search Console API via our service account, for the purpose of improving your SEO only. We do not share this data with third parties.
If you participate as a partner, we process data necessary to operate the program: Clicks on your referral links (including IP address in hash/hashing only — not raw address — for statistics and fraud prevention), Registrations attributed to your link, and as well Commissions accrued. If you were referred by a partner, we keep the referral identification (cookie up to 45 days and matching by registration email) in order to credit the referral to the partner who referred you and grant to him (to the partner) the compensation — commission and/or a week of free posts on his website. As a referral, you do not receive any compensation — you receive the website only. Details of referrals displayed to the partner are limited to the business name, referral status and commission amount — Private contact details of the referral are not exposed. We do not share this data with third parties.
Information is stored on secure servers. We use SSL/TLS for all communication, encrypted sessions with 30-day expiry, common-practice password hashing (where applicable), user-content sandboxing, and aggressive rate-limiting. Despite our efforts, no internet protection is absolute — report security issues to security@instasite.store.

We use essential cookies only (session identification, billing, security). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — anonymous heatmaps and session recordings) are loaded only after consent on the cookie banner. Marketing pixels (Meta, TikTok) — only fire if a custom-domain site owner added them themselves.
Sites you build on paid plans are yours — you own the code, content and design. Free sites are subject to Section 6א of the Terms (company property, no ownership rights). In any case, you are solely responsible for content shown on the site, forms you operate, and cookies/pixels you connect. Every site built with us automatically receives basic privacy & terms pages — but it is your responsibility to ensure they match the data your site actually collects.
The service is not intended for children under 16. If we learn a minor has registered without parental consent, we will remove the account immediately.
We will update the policy upon any material change and notify active users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after update = consent.
