Terms of Use

Use of the InstaSite website and service constitutes a binding agreement to these terms. If you do not agree — do not use the service. Masculine wording is used for convenience and applies to all genders.

1. Definitions

• "Service" / "InstaSite" — the AI-powered automatic website-builder platform available at instasite.store and its subdomains.
• "User" / "You" — any person or entity registering for or viewing the service.
• "Company" — operators of the service, contact for legal documents: support@instasite.store
• "AI Content" — text, designs, posts, suggestions and code automatically generated by language models.

2. Service is provided "AS IS"

The service is provided as-is, without any express or implied warranty — including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy of results. No representation is made regarding quality, speed, continuity, SEO suitability, search-engine ranking, lead growth or revenue. Any number/percentage shown on the marketing site is a general estimate only and not a commitment.

3. AI Content — Full Disclaimer

AI content is based on automated language models. Factual, linguistic, legal errors or copyright infringements may occur. It is the user's duty to review all content before publishing or using it. The Company is not responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from AI content.

4. User Responsibility for Content

• You are solely responsible for any content you upload (images, text, business details).
• You declare that you have full rights in the content and that it does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy or law.
• Forbidden: illegal, pornographic, violent, inciting, fake, fraudulent or misleading content.
• You will indemnify the Company in full for any third-party claim arising from your content.

5. Payments

Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) for basic packages, and in shekels (₪) for add-ons.

• Base packages (by number of sites):
  • Free — free forever. One site. (Subject to section 6a — free sites owned by the company)
  • Business — $49/year. Up to 5 sites.
  • Growth — $99/year. Up to 20 sites.
• Add-ons (Addons) — ₪50/month per add-on, per site: As of 2026-05-30, a unified model has been introduced: every feature beyond the default (homepage + reviews + manual blog) is sold separately at ₪50/month per site. Examples of add-ons: AI blog, booking system, lead form, custom domain, remove branding, live statistics, store, dedicated modules (restaurant / real estate / jobs / synagogue), custom design, etc.
• Add-on ordering process: The customer clicks "Request Activation" in the dashboard → a message is sent to the team → The team decides manually at its sole discretion If you want to enable the add-on. The request alone does not automatically grant activation. If the add-on is enabled — billing is processed via a method to be agreed separately with the team (not through an automated payment system at the moment).
• Renewing packages: Business / Growth automatically renew every year unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Payment details: Billing is processed in advance through external payment providers. The company does not store credit card details.

6. Refund Policy — 7 Days From Purchase

• How to request: written request only, email to support@instasite.store from the email registered to the account. Requests from other addresses will not be processed.
• Cutoff date: the charge date on the invoice — not the inquiry date or account-creation date. Requests on day 8 or later are auto-rejected.
• No refund on generated blog posts: once you click "approve" and the AI starts generating — content is produced and compute resources consumed. No partial or full refund on a blog post that was generated, even within 7 days, even if you weren't satisfied. AI is an experimental tool — output quality is not guaranteed.
• No refund on upgrade plans whose features were used: enabling extra pages, generating AI blog, custom domain hookup, branding removal — these consume the plan and cannot be refunded.
• Refusal for cause: the Company may refuse any refund in cases of misuse, breach of terms, spam, suspected fraud, or unfair use of resources. The Company's decision is final.
• Refund processing: when approved — via the same payment method used, within up to 14 business days. Processing fees (if deducted) are not refunded.
• Consequences of a refund: upon approval, the account is immediately suspended, sites taken down, domain released, and content deleted within 30 days. You cannot request a refund and continue using the service.
• Auto-renewing plans (annual Business / Growth): cancellation is forward-looking — the next charge will not be billed. A period already paid is not eligible for refund after 7 days.

5a. Removal of branding ("Powered by InstaSite")

In the Free package, every site displays a "Powered by InstaSite" banner in the footer. Business and Growth packages remove this banner automatically From all sites under the same account. This is one of the main advantages of paid packages — beyond the allowed number of sites.

You can also purchase "removal of branding" as a single add-on for a specific site (₪50/month) instead of upgrading a package — suitable if you have only one site and don't need quantity.

5b. Pros portal (pros.instasite.store)

Every InstaSite site (including Free) automatically receives a profile inPros consumer portal — a business aggregator that connects consumers with professionals. The profile displays business name, type, city, description, services, reviews, and a link to your site — all data is automatically pulled from your site.

• Ownership: The profile is company property. We are entitled to redesign, rank, or remove any profile at our discretion.
• Option to cancel: At any time, from the dashboard (Pros tab → showcase_optin off) — the profile will disappear within minutes.
• Shared reviews: A review received on your site is also displayed in the Pros profile, and vice versa — this is the same star system.
• Paid products in the future: In the future, prominent display in the portal / "promoted profile" / smart filtering — may be defined as paid add-ons. The basic profile will remain free.

6a. Free Sites — Company Reserves All Rights

• One free site per email address: the Free plan grants exactly one site per email address. Attempts to open additional Free accounts using variations of the same address (including dot tricks, `+xxx` aliases, or alternate domains such as googlemail.com instead of gmail.com) are a Terms violation; the Company may suspend all related accounts. Need more sites? Upgrade to Business (up to 5 sites) or Growth (up to 20 sites).
• Branding & advertising: the Company may display "Powered by InstaSite" branding, ads, banners, marketing pop-ups, third-party ads, or links to other services — anywhere, anytime, without notice.
• Modification / closure: the Company may update, redesign, replace, or take down a Free site at any time without notice. The user has no ownership of the site, content, design, or code.
• Usage limits: visit count, bandwidth, available features, and uptime — defined by the Company and subject to change.
• Visitor data: the Company may use Free-site visitor data (aggregate, anonymous) for marketing, research, and service improvement.
• Upgrade as solution: want branding removal, no ads, full control? Upgrade to Business or Growth — there you own the site and no Company-side ads are shown.
• No maintenance guarantee: Free sites are provided AS IS. The Company is not obligated to maintain, ensure availability, or fix issues at the same speed promised for paid plans.

6b. Appointments system — business owner responsibility

The system allows you to receive appointment bookings from customers through your website. By operating the system you declare and agree:

• You own your customer data (name, phone, email, notes) — InstaSite stores them for you, but they Yours. You are solely responsible for complying with privacy law towards your customers.
• Client consent obligation: your business's customer gives explicit consent when filling out the form. They receive clear explanation of what will be done with the information, and confirm OTP in email before appointment confirmation.
• You agree to receive automated emails on your behalf: appointment confirmations to customers, 24h+1h reminders, cancellation emails. InFree plan, these emails include InstaSite footer + sometimes ads. On paid plan (Growth / addon_appointments) — emails are sent clean.
• Sending limit: To prevent misuse, we are entitled to limit the amount of emails sent on your behalf if an unusual pattern is detected (for example, thousands of bookings in one night from the same IP).
• Data deletion: When a customer requests deletion, you can delete them through the dashboard. Meeting data belongs to your account — if you close the account, it will be deleted within 30 days.
• Appointment times: All meetings are saved in Israel timezone (Asia/Jerusalem). Reminders are sent according to this time.

6c. InstaSite newsletter

By registering for the service you agree to receive marketing emails and updates from InstaSite (updates, features, promotions). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Operational emails (appointment confirmations, OTP, lead alerts, subscription renewals) are sent regardless of your marketing consent.

6d. Restaurant modules — table reservation and digital menu

The "🍽 Table Reservation" and "📋 Digital Menu" modules are granted automatically and at no cost to any website whose business type is identified as a restaurant / café / bakery / catering / pub / pizzeria / private chef. By activating one of the modules, you declare and agree:

• Ownership of diner dataName, phone, email, number of diners, notes, and diner preferences — belong to your business. InstaSite stores them for you under your account, but the legal responsibility toward the diner is Yours.
• OTP approval from the dinerBefore table reservation, the diner receives a 6-digit code via email and confirms it. Without OTP — there is no reservation. The system thus prevents fake reservations and misuse of third-party addresses.
• Cancellation and arrival windowThe business owner sets the cancellation window in the dashboard (between 0-72 hours before). A diner requesting to cancel after the window — is directed to contact the restaurant directly. InstaSite is not responsible for losses from no-shows.
• Automatic remindersIn the free plan, confirmation and reminder emails to the diner include an InstaSite footer and sometimes subtle advertising. In the addon_restaurant ($99/year) — emails go out clean and in your branding only.
• Digital menu — public contentThe categories, dishes, descriptions, prices, and images you upload to the menu becomePublic content Reserve for every visitor at the address restaurant-menu.html?slug=...You declare that you have full rights to the food images (not sourced from Google Images), and that the descriptions and allergens are correct and up-to-date.
• Nutritional responsibility and allergensInformation about allergens, ingredients, nutritional values, and kashrut on the site is displayed for informational purposes only. You are the sole responsible For accuracy of information and compliance with health ministry regulations. InstaSite is not a substitute for professional dietary assessment by a nutritionist / rabbinical supervisor.
• Food images and mediaImages you upload to the menu module are stored under /menu-images/We are entitled to remove an image (and verify service cancellation) in case of a copyright infringement complaint, offensive content, or if the image misleads customers (for example — an irrelevant stock image).
• Capacity limitationThe business owner sets the number of tables / maximum number of diners per time slot. InstaSite is not responsible for manually verifying the physical occupancy in the restaurant — if you made a mistake and created overbooking — your responsibility.
• Time zoneAll reservations are saved in Israel time (Asia/Jerusalem). Reminders are sent according to this timezone.
• Save and deleteReservations are saved indefinitely as long as the account is active. A diner requesting deletion — you delete them via the dashboard or their request via a contact form; we will handle the request within 14 days. Upon closure of your account — all reservations are deleted within 30 days.
• Upload limit and anti-spamWe are entitled to limit the number of daily OTPs for each diner / for each IP, and to block an unusual stream of reservation requests (over 200 per day from the same IP) to prevent misuse.

6e. Scope of Support — Website Only

• What's included: Limited support for your website as it is produced and hosted by us — issues with building, editing, publishing, or displaying the website on InstaSite's domain/subdomain.
• What is Not Included: InstaSite Does Not Provide support, installation, repair or advice for your personal computer, operating system, browser, internet connection, home/business network, email software, antivirus, hardware, peripheral equipment, or any device/software that is not part of the InstaSite platform.
• Third Party Services: Issues with external providers (domain registrar, internet provider, email provider, payment gateways) are the responsibility of that provider — not InstaSite's responsibility, even if they are connected to your website.
• Mention of computer/IT professions in content created for you on the website does not constitute InstaSite's commitment to provide any computer support services.

6ו. AutoBlog service for WordPress (external sites)

• Paid service: ₪50/month or ₪500/year, up to 5 posts per week. Activation is performed after admin approval and payment coordinated via WhatsApp.
• AI content: Posts are generated by artificial intelligence — You are responsible for checking the content before and/or after publication (there is a "draft" option). InstaSite does not commit to SEO results, Google ranking, or complete accuracy of content.
• Responsibility and control: The plugin is provided as-is (AS IS); it can be disconnected at any time from WordPress. Ownership of the WordPress site and content published on it remains with the customer.

6ז. Smart link network (module accompanying AutoBlog)

• Nature of the service: An authority module in the WordPress plugin, off by default, which can be activated and deactivated at any time from WordPress. The user submits up to a number of pages Public ones only of its own (from his site) for promotion; when another site on the network publishes relevant content, the system may integrate a natural link to one of the user's pages, and vice versa.
• Full administrator control and sole discretion: Participation in the network is conditional uponPrior individual approval by the company. The company is entitled, at its sole discretion, at any time and without notice or explanation, Approve, reject, suspend, or disable any website; Approve, reject, or remove any page or link; to change thresholds, protections, quotas and weights; and to block domains or extensions. A site does not participate until its approval, and the company is entitled to remove it from the network at any moment.
• Without obligation: There is no commitment whatsoever that a site or page will receive any links, how many, when or for how long. The number of links and their appearance depend on network activity, content matching and system protections, and may be few or zero.
• SEO and liability: Link integration is automatic and subject to safeguards designed to maintain naturalness; however InstaSite does not commit to SEO results, to Google ranking, and is not responsible for any consequences On the user's website resulting from incoming or outgoing links. Full ownership and responsibility for the WordPress site and its content remain with the client.

6ח. Affiliate partner program

• Who is eligible: Membership is open to the general public, even without an InstaSite website, subject to registration in the partner portal andManual pre-approval of the company. The personal link is not active until approval. A 10% commission is given to each approved partner; the bonus week of free posts applies only to a partner who has an active InstaSite website to post on it. The company reserves the right to approve, reject, expand, reduce, or modify the eligible audience and program terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.
• Commission: 10% (default) of the transaction The first only of the customer you referred to the WordPress AutoBlog service or to the queue management system. The commission is one-time — it is calculated from the amount of the first transaction (monthly / quarterly / annual) and does not apply to renewals or future payments.
• bonus for partner: for each new customer who builds and publishes a website through your link, you (the referring partner) receive a week (7 days) of automatic AI posts for free on your website, which opens automatically and closes by itself at the end of the period. The customer who registered through you does not receive any compensation — he receives the website only. Compensation is at InstaSite's sole discretion and may be changed, delayed, stopped or cancelled at any time and without prior notice.
• Attribution: A referral is credited to the partner via a referral cookie (up to 45 days) and matching by email address at registration. Self-referral (referring yourself) does not entitle you to a commission.
• Payment: Commissions accrue and are paid Manual By the company after approval. There is no automatic transfer of funds. The company may set payment dates and minimum payment amount.
• Fraud and disqualification: The company is entitled to suspend a partner, cancel commissions or close a partner account in case of fake referrals, spam, misuse or violation of these terms. Commissions based on canceled / refunded transactions are not paid.
• full discretion of the company: The company is entitled, at its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever (or without reason), to cancel, to stop, to suspend, to modify or to discontinue the partner program, referral link, partner account, fee or any reward — at any time and without prior noticeSimilarly, the company is entitled to examine, to investigate and to suspend any referral, fee or activity that appears to it suspicious, unusual or improper, before and/or after approval, and to suspend payment until completion of the investigation. Nothing herein shall impose any obligation on the company, and the partner shall have no claim, demand or lawsuit by virtue of exercising these powers.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any account, take down a site, or block a user — without prior notice — in cases of breach of terms, suspected fraud, non-payment, problematic content, or unfair use of system resources. User-side cancellation: at any time via the dashboard or by emailing support@instasite.store.

7a. Right of examination, suspension and modification — full discretion

The company reserves for itself the full and exclusive right, at any time and without prior noticeto examine, to investigate, to suspend, to restrict, to modify, to stop or to cancel any service, feature, website, account, subscription, fee, reward, benefit or activity — all or part thereof — whether temporarily or permanently, at its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, including (but not limited to) suspected misuse, unusual activity, security risk, business or operational considerations, or anything that appears to the company as improper. Nothing herein shall impose on the company any obligation to provide reasoning, notice, compensation or restitution, and the user shall have no claim, demand or lawsuit as a result. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to this condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, the Company's total liability — whether in tort, contract, negligence, or any other cause — is at all times limited to the amount paid by the user to the Company in the 12 months preceding the event, or $100 — whichever is lower. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, harm to clients or business, even if warned in advance. Servers and websites are provided without availability guarantees ("Best Effort"). No SLA.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees and partners — from any demand, claim, fine, damage or expense (including legal fees) arising from: (a) content you uploaded; (b) improper use of the service; (c) breach of these terms; (d) third-party rights infringement on your behalf.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform, code, designs, brand and prompts — are the Company's exclusive property. AI-generated content for you — is granted under a non-exclusive license for use on your website as long as the account is active and paid. Account cancellation/non-payment — terminates the license. Content you upload (logo, images, original text) — remains yours.

11. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its control — including internet outages, cyber attacks, sub-provider infrastructure failures (Cloudflare, Anthropic, Google), natural disasters, wars, or government regulation.

12. Changes to Terms

The Company may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the site and emailed to active users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the update = agreement to the new terms.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo. If any clause is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

14. Entire Agreement & Contact

These terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Questions / legal notices: legal@instasite.store.
