שיתופים
לחיצה על שיתוף פותחת את דף השיתוף של הרשת (וואטסאפ, לינקדאין, X, פייסבוק) – התוסף אף פעם לא מפרסם בעצמו. לקישור נוסף utm_source=…&utm_medium=bizext&utm_campaign=share כדי שתוכל לראות כמה ביקורים הגיעו מהשיתוף. בפייסבוק ובלינקדאין הטקסט מועתק ללוח כדי שתדביק אותו בעצמך.
איפה אני בגוגל (Search Console)
עבור האתר שלך בלבד אנחנו קוראים מ-Google Search Console (בחשבון השירות של InstaSite, שהוא בעל הנכס של האתרים שלנו) את שאילתות החיפוש, החשיפות, ההקלקות והמיקום הממוצע, ושומרים סיכום שבועי. נתונים אלה מוצגים רק לך. הטיפ השבועי מחושב אוטומטית מהמספרים האלה, בלי בינה מלאכותית.
מעקב מתחרים
אתה מוסיף עד 3 מתחרים (כתובת אתר, ואופציונלית שם ועיר). השרת שלנו – לא הדפדפן שלך – בודק פעם ביום (ומיד כשמוסיפים מתחרה) את עמוד הבית של המתחרה ועוד עמוד מחירים/שירותים אחד, כ-InstaSiteMonitor, בכבוד ל-robots.txt, ושומר רק טקסט מנורמל, מחירים (₪), מילות מבצע ושעות פתיחה לצורך השוואה. אם האתר חוסם – הוא מסומן "לא זמין לבדיקה" ואנחנו לא מנסים לעקוף. דירוג הכוכבים ומספר הביקורות של המתחרה נלקחים פעם בשבוע מ-Google Places. אפשר לבקש הצעות למתחרים לפי תחום ועיר האתר שלך (Google Places, לכל היותר פעם בשבוע). כשלוחצים "פוסט תגובה" על עדכון, נכתב בעזרת Google Gemini פוסט על העסק שלך מתוך התוכן של האתר שלך בלבד – בלי להזכיר את המתחרה ובלי פרטים אישיים. התוסף לא מפרסם אותו בעצמו.
התראות ושבת
התוסף בודק מול השרת שלנו כל 2 דקות אם יש ליד חדש. בשבת ובחג לא מוצגות התראות; הן נאספות ומגיעות כסיכום אחד אחרי צאת השבת.
הרשאות התוסף
storage – שמירת טוקן החיבור וההגדרות בדפדפן. alarms – בדיקה תקופתית של לידים חדשים וסיכום הבוקר. notifications – התראות על המסך. גישה ל-https://instasite.store – השרת היחיד שהתוסף פונה אליו. אין לתוסף גישה לאתרים אחרים, להיסטוריית הגלישה או לתוכן הדפים שאתה פותח.
מה אנחנו לא עושים
לא מוכרים מידע, לא משתמשים בו לפרסום או לדירוג אשראי, לא מעבירים לצד שלישי מלבד ספקי התשתית הדרושים לשירות (שרת, Google Gemini לכתיבת הפוסטים, Google Search Console ו-Google Places). השימוש במידע עומד בדרישות "Limited Use" של מדיניות Chrome Web Store.
מחיקה
ניתוק התוסף (בתוסף או בדשבורד) מבטל את הטוקן מיד. להסרת התוסף מוחקים אותו מ-Chrome – כל המידע המקומי נמחק. לבקשת מחיקה של מוני השימוש/המשוב: privacy@instasite.store.

What the extension processes and why

Sharing
A share button opens the network's own share page (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) – the extension never posts by itself. The link gets utm_source=…&utm_medium=bizext&utm_campaign=share so you can see visits from your shares. For Facebook and LinkedIn the text is copied to the clipboard for you to paste.
Where am I on Google (Search Console)
For your own site only, we read from Google Search Console (through InstaSite's service account, which owns our sites' properties) your search queries, impressions, clicks and average position, and keep a weekly summary. It is shown only to you. The weekly tip is calculated automatically from these numbers, without AI.
Competitor watch
You add up to 3 competitors (website, optionally name and city). Our server – not your browser – checks the competitor's home page and one prices/services page once a day (and right after you add it) as InstaSiteMonitor, respecting robots.txt, and keeps only normalized text, ₪ prices, promotion keywords and opening hours for comparison. If a site blocks us it is marked "not available" and we never try to bypass it. The competitor's star rating and review count come from Google Places once a week. You may ask for competitor suggestions by your site's category and city (Google Places, at most once a week). When you click "Reply post" on an update, Google Gemini writes a post about YOUR business from your own site's content only – it never mentions the competitor and gets no personal data. The extension never publishes it by itself.
Notifications and Shabbat
The extension asks our server every 2 minutes about new leads. On Shabbat and Jewish holidays no notifications are shown; they are collected and delivered as one summary after Shabbat ends.
Permissions
storage – keep the pairing token and settings in the browser. alarms – periodic check for new leads and the morning summary. notifications – desktop notifications. Access to https://instasite.store – the only server the extension talks to. The extension has no access to other websites, your browsing history or the content of pages you open.
What we don't do
We don't sell data, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or transfer it to third parties other than the infrastructure providers the service needs (hosting, Google Gemini for writing posts, Google Search Console and Google Places). Use of the data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deletion
Disconnecting (in the extension or the dashboard) revokes the token immediately. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all local data. To delete usage counters/feedback: privacy@instasite.store.
