Support – "InstaSite for Business" extension

The extension shows what is happening on the business site you built with InstaSite: new leads, live visitors, a performance summary and a weekly post to share.

How do I connect?

1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Open the dashboard: instasite.store/en/dashboard → "Marketing & Google" → Chrome extension.
3. Click "Connect the Chrome extension" and type the 8-character code in the extension (valid 10 minutes, single use).

I have several sites

After connecting, a site picker appears at the top of the extension with all sites in your account.

How do I disconnect?

In the extension: ⚙️ Settings → "Disconnect the extension". Or in the dashboard under "Connected browsers" → "Disconnect".

No notifications

Make sure "Notify me about new leads" is on in the extension settings and that Chrome notifications are allowed by your operating system. On Shabbat and holidays notifications arrive after Shabbat ends.

No "Send a message" button

Messaging a visitor works through Live Reach. Turn it on in the dashboard → Customers & leads → Live Reach.

The weekly post

Written automatically once a week from your site content. Please read it before publishing. The extension never posts by itself.
